HEAD OF OPERATIONS

In Sarah’s role as Head of Operations, she is responsible for overseeing the continual development and improvement of our service, ensuring operational excellence, efficiency, cost-effectiveness and high-performance across all functions. Working directly alongside the Board, Sarah is instrumental in developing our strategic direction to future-proof our innovative model, staying ahead of the industry in terms of technological solutions, information and systems management, financial management and more. This includes the successful creation and development of our Firmwide integrated knowledge management system, implementation of numerous automated cross-departmental workflows and the delivery of strategic solutions to successfully create new revenue streams.  A key element of Sarah’s role is working to drive client satisfaction, ensuring we have the resource, infrastructure, and processes to support our market leading service delivery.
