Michelle has over close to 20 years’ experience in commercial real estate matters, including investment, development and financing work, general landlord and tenant matters, conditional freehold acquisitions and sales, portfolio acquisitions and disposals and the property elements of corporate restructuring projects. She has acted for a wide range of clients across the industrial, office, retail, and healthcare sectors and has provided real estate expertise for one of the UK’s major ports.
