The Planning Inspectorate has updated the Procedural Guide regarding Planning appeals.

The guide has been updated to clarify PINS’ current position on late representations and to minimise amendments made to a proposal at the appeal stage. PINS’ guidance can change regularly, often with little fanfare. When relying on guidance, whether that be in the context of appeals or elsewhere, be sure to check the latest version online.
