Experienced commercial property solicitor, Lucy Harry, joins DJB bringing 12 years’ experience to the firm.
Lucy has a broad range of residential and commercial property experience, having acted for landed estate clients as well as corporate clients and individuals. Having practiced estate work largely in London, Lucy has dealt with a wide range of property types including residential apartments and houses, retail, restaurants, cafes, office and public realm. Lucy has experience in all areas of real estate including high value commercial and residential sales, acquisitions and lettings, as well as enfranchisement, lease extensions and the right to manage. She also provides advice in relation to redevelopment projects, in particular rights of light.
Lucy is experienced in advising clients on their projects from start to finish, working closely with clients and their professional advisers throughout.
