Following a competitive process, specialist real estate law firm Davitt Jones Bould (DJB) has been appointed to Kent Commercial Services (KCS) Y21012 Legal Services Framework. Kent Commercial Services is a commercial services group wholly owned by Kent County Council.
The Framework runs for four years, and is available to all public sector bodies across the UK, including local government, education, housing and more. Under the Framework, DJB will provide the full-spectrum of real estate, real estate litigation, planning, construction and environmental support.
