DJB welcomes experienced commercial property solicitor Samantha Paxton to its award winning real estate team. Prior to joining DJB, Samantha spent 8 years in Eversheds’ Corporate Occupiers Real Estate team. She specialises in management of large estates, being well versed in landlord and tenant matters from both occupiers’ and tenants’ perspectives, as well as provision of property support on corporate transactions.
Samantha has acted for a range of clients from across utilities, retail, investment, automotive and banking sectors, including major names such as HSBC, Severn Trent, Unipart, Rybrook and Hortons’ Estate.
