Davitt Jones Bould Retains Government Lawyer Status

We are delighted to announce that DJB has been appointed to a position within the Property and Estates Lot within the Government Procurement Service - Legal Services Framework Agreement.

The Government Procurement Service (GPS) has announced that seven law firms have won places on the new Property and Estates Lot under the Framework. Davitt Jones Bould was rated top firm within the Lot by the GPS, after a rigorous tender process. DJB retains its place as an approved provider of legal services to the UK public sector, previously awarded in 2007.

This panel award allows DJB to be instructed by any government department without further competition to undertake any property or planning case with fees of a value up to £500,000.

Madeleine Davitt, managing director of DJB says: “It is gratifying to be recognised on such a prestigious panel which has been fiercely contested by so many high ranked firms in the country. We believe this recognises the truly specialist nature of DJB as being a leading real estate niche law firm.
