Jennifer specialises in commercial property, including acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant, and the full spectrum of real estate law.
Most recently, Jennifer was a Senior Solicitor at West Sussex County Council advising on many property related issues for this local authority. Prior to this she worked in the commercial property team at Charles Russell Speechlys, and undertook a secondment at Lendlease.
Her expertise is regularly sought after by industry publications including Pharmacy Business Magazine, P3 Magazine, Smith and Williamson Quarterly Charities Bulletin and Property Law Journal.

Drafting the property aspects of a county wide contract for an electric vehicle charge point roll out, to include a draft lease and procedure for entering into it for a local authority. ​

Corporate support for both share and asset sales and purchases (for solvent and companies in administration) including undertaking due diligence and negotiating warranties, indemnities and disclosure letters.

Assisting with all aspects of Lendlease’s asset management of various shopping centres.

Acquisitions of development sites for individual tenants to include negotiating agreements for lease with construction provisions.
