Construction and Engineering

Henry is a construction and engineering law specialist, able to advise on drafting, negotiating and on all forms of construction documentation including professional appointments, building contracts, collateral warranties, third party rights; third party security and supply agreements. Henry can also provide advice on construction disputes.
​
Additionally, Henry has experience in procurement matters including pre-contract advice on the form of documentation to be used and any pre-contract arrangements. Henry also has experience in property and finance matters, for example providing advice on construction aspects of property and finance documentation. Henry can also provide advice on party wall issues including special foundations and support agreements, drafting and negotiating scaffolding and crane over-sailing agreements.
