Our Construction and Engineering team is led by Matthew Needham-Laing, who originally qualified and practiced as an Architect on major commercial developments in the 1980s before requalifying as a solicitor in the early 1990s specialising in construction and engineering law. He has significant experience in this field acting in the Higher Education sector and for a range of public sector bodies including NHS Trusts, Councils, Colleges of Higher Education, and Universities. Matthew also has extensive experience acting for developers, pharmaceutical, engineering companies and contractors in the private sector.
Matthew Needham-Laing has extensive knowledge of the legal issues which arise on a range of projects, from the construction of new buildings to and including larger national and international projects.
