BUSINESS MANAGERS 

Our dedicated Business Managers are responsible for all client liaisons and care, from the first point of contact to the completion of a matter.

Their responsibilities include: the distribution and allocation of work, management of the firms circa 70 lawyers, providing progress reports and responding to client demands. 

They are committed to the firm's development and maintaining strong and open client partnerships to maintain and expand our respected client base.

CLIENT DIRECTORS

Our Client Directors are responsible for expanding our client base, introducing new clients to the firm and driving new business from new and existing clients. They build and hold top-level relationships with clients, working to understand their business and become a trusted advisor. 

Client Directors do not undertake any legal work.

MARKETING TEAM

Our Marketing Team is focused on business development. They are responsible for bidding for key frameworks, panels and client contracts, along with developing website/social media content and running events. 

The aim of the team is to establish and grow our reputation as the elite real estate law firm, generate market demand through competitive pricing, a quality client experience and strong trusted relationships on an individual and corporate level.

LEGAL SUPPORT

Our Legal Assistants provide specialist support to our lawyers and legal executives. 
 
They work to alleviate the lawyers from dealing with routine tasks which arise in connection with any matter. These include searches, Stamp Duty, Land Tax and Registrations. They are also responsible for the storage and retrieval of deeds for certain clients and undertake essential post-completion work.  

We also have an experienced team of legal secretaries who assist with all day-to-day administrative tasks for lawyers.

MATTER ADIMINISTRATION TEAM

Our matter administration team takes care of all of the administrative tasks pertaining to all case work.

This includes but is not limited to: case opening, client care letters, fee quotes, undertaking requests, fee uplifts, progress reports and maintaining a critical dates calendar.

They also work closely with our legal team, ensuring that work will be completed on time, decide if extra resource is needed and help with time recording and use of technologies

ACCOUNTS TEAM

 

Our Accounts Team is responsible for the processing of all ingoing and outgoing office and Client transactions. 

Their responsibilities include but are not limited to: raising and sending out invoices to Clients, calculating invoices for self-employed Lawyers, compiling payroll information, carrying out interest calculation, paying supplier invoices, processing expense claims, working with lawyers to chase debts and producing Accounts related reports.

EXECUTIVE SUPPORT

Our Executive Support team take care of our leadership team this includes ensuring their time is used as efficiently and effectively as it can, planning key trips to grow the business and bringing urgent matters to them.​

OFFICE AND FACILITIES 

Our Office Manager and Office Juniors ensure that everything at our offices is running smoothly.  This includes running our switchboard, ensuring insurances and all policies are up to date, preparing the relevant spaces for lunches and meetings as well as taking care of our post system.​

IT SUPPORT

Our unique remote working ethos means that effective IT systems are essential to the day-to-day functioning of the firm. 

Our in-house IT specialists assist with all aspects of IT, including: installing equipment, managing in-house systems, liaising with external system providers, working on IT development projects, providing help desk support and updating computer packages.
