​Ben is an experienced commercial property lawyer who has practised as a solicitor both in the UK and Australia at firms including Pinsent Masons and Eversheds.

​Ben’s specialisms include advising the telecoms sector, acting for clients including Telefonica and Airwave Solutions Ltd, advising developers and institutional investors on major acquisitions, disposals and real estate financing, and advising office and retail occupiers on landlord and tenant matters.

Telefonica and Vodafone on their network consolidation via a joint venture company. This involved over 3800 sites with a rent roll in excess of £43million. The lifetime value of the agreement is just under half a billion pounds.
